Which facial should I book first at J.H Beauty?

For hydration, dullness or sensitive skin, start with the Korean facial ($238, 90 minutes). For blackheads and congestion, book the European deep cleaning facial ($168, 75 minutes). For firmness and contour, RF V-shape lifting ($278, 90 minutes) is the usual entry point. Current pricing is on each service page.

Is there any downtime after anti-aging treatments?

No. RF V-shape lifting, Japanese 6D, plasma and LDM, Cellcosmet and Quantus collagen lifting are non-invasive, and the cold plasma used here is not the plasma-pen procedure that leaves crusting. Skin may look slightly flushed for a few hours. Hydration and glow show first; firmness builds over several weeks across a series.

How often should I come in?

Every four to six weeks for facials, matching the skin's turnover cycle. Scalp treatments suit most people every four to eight weeks, or closer to monthly with daily styling product. Lash extensions look full for two to three weeks, so most clients book an infill on that cycle.

Can I have a facial if I use retinoids or Accutane?

Not while on isotretinoin (Accutane) — wait at least six months after finishing. Prescription retinoids are usually fine: stop applying about five days beforehand and tell us what you use. If you have had Botox or fillers, say when at booking so energy-based treatments can be spaced around them.

When can I book lash extensions?

The Lashes Boutique runs on Fridays only, so lash appointments are worth booking ahead. A classic Japanese single-strand set is $168 and takes about an hour; volume ($178), camellia ($198) and designed styles ($218) take 90 minutes. Keratin lash lifting, which curls your own lashes instead of adding extensions, is $128.
